The consultation action opens the existing SMILE-FX in-person request page. Its source parameters identify this guide as the referral source. They contain no personal calendar or clinical information entered here, because this guide has no entry fields.
Information you choose to provide there is handled at that destination. Official source links also navigate to their own sites. A telephone link asks your device to open its calling application; it does not submit patient information to this guide.
